A Closet Shop.com Shipping Policy

 

PLEASE ALLOW 24HRS  FOR ORDER PROCESSING

PLEASE ALLOW 5 - 7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR SHIPPING.

 

All products sold at A Closet Shop.com are shipped via UPS Ground Service, FED EX Ground Service or Truckline and are FREE OF CHARGE to the purchaser for all states within the continental USA. EXCLUDING ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, US VIRGIN ISLANDS. Any other shipping option must be agreed upon by A Closet Shop.com and is at the sole expense and liability of the purchaser.

 

Domestic Shipping

A Closet Shop.com  will always attempt to ship your order immediately, although it can take up to 3 - 7 business days (do not count weekends) to process, especially during busy holiday periods. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Shipping is not a profit center for A Closet Shop.com and we do not add any handling fees. All products sold at A Closet Shop.com are shipped FREE OF CHARGE to the purchaser for all states within the continental USA. EXCLUDING ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, US VIRGIN ISLANDS. A Closet Shop.com uses UPS Ground Service, FED EX Ground Service or Truckline for all domestic shipments within the continental U.S. Please note, UPS do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Unless stated on the product page, all items ship from the manufacturer and are shipped Ground Service.

 

 

A Closet Shop.com Return Policy

 

A 15% RESTOCKING FEE IS APPLIED TO ALL RETURN PRODUCTS FREE OF DEFECTS.


A Closet Shop.com will accept returns within 30 days from the date that the order was received in-home. You must contact us within 30-days for return instructions. Failure to contact us, may affect our ability to process the return and any corresponding credit to your account. You will need to visit our contact us through our customer service page.

 

Our products are shipped from individual manufacturers. Please retain all shipping cartons, as well as any additional internal packing material in the event that you need to return an item. Upon receipt of the returned product and/or return Tracking Number, a credit will be issued to your account within 30 days, or no more than two credit card billing cycles. When returning merchandise directly to our manufacturers, it is critical that you provide A Closet Shop.com with the return Tracking Number, so that we can verify the return, and apply any necessary credit.

 

The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees, and any original shipping fee will be deducted from any credit. Additionally, if your purchase qualified for "Free Shipping" the actual cost of shipping your item will be deducted from your refund. To expedite your return, please supply A Closet Shop.com  with the order #, the billing name and address, the "Ship To" information if different from the billing information, your return Tracking Number, as well as a reason for the return.

 

 

A Closet Shop.com Damaged Or Defective Items Policy

 

ALTERED, MODIFIED OR SEMI INSTALLED PRODUCTS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR RETURN.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

 

Be sure to open and inspect all packages immediately upon receipt! A Closet Shop.com  must be notified within 30-days of your receipt if any item is damaged, defective, or missing parts. Please contact us during regular business hours via  email, please visit our customer service page. Failure to contact our office within 30-days may void our Returns / Damaged Item policy.

 

If the package appears to have been slightly damaged during transit, we encourage you to write "Package Damaged" on the slip when you sign for it. If the package is severely damaged you can refuse to accept delivery of the shipment. Please let us know if this occurs so that we are aware of the situation, and can replace your order, if desired.

 

A Closet Shop.com  reserves the right to supply replacement parts whenever possible to correct any damaged or defective component of an item. Replacement parts, offered at our discretion, can often eliminate the need to return an item, or to replace the entire unit. Such replacement parts, will be sent via regular ground delivery, at no cost to the customer. When a damaged product is returned, the credit will include any shipping costs due.
